What is your refund policy? How Do I get a refund?

Here is a quick link to our Refunds page -https://salvadiem.com/policies/refund-policy We give 30 day refunds for reasons such as:

  • The shirt doesn't fit as expected.
  • The material quality isn't what I expected.
  • The design isn't what I expected.
  • The color isn't what I expected.
  • Haven't worn it, don't like it.
  • The material didn't hold up as expected in the first 30 days.

The shirt/item must be in brand new condition unless there was a problem with the material or manufacturer's defect. You might need to pay the shipping and handling.

First step: contact us and let us understand the problem. if we feel that it's our responsibility, we will pay for the shipping. 

Second step: Please send us back the merchandise and a copy of your receipt/order to:

Third Step: Once we receive the item, we will look it over and send you a refund if it meets the general requirements in the list above. 

What do you do with the money that comes in for Salva Diem?

We are in business to make money, but we are also excited about giving money to the causes of Christ. We will give at least 10% of our profits to charitable causes that are doing great things in the world. 

Do you plan on creating more designs?

Yes.
